箱型砌块钢模具混凝土的分类
1.按胶凝材料分类
(1)水泥混凝土。以硅酸盐水泥、普通水泥、粉煤灰水泥等为胶凝材料。这是混凝土工程中应用最广泛的混凝土。
(2)沥青混凝土。用天然或人造沥青为胶凝材料。广泛应用于路面。
(3)石膏混凝土。以天然石膏及工业废料石膏为胶凝材料。一般用于小型砌块、板等内隔墙制品。
阶梯护坡模具与箱型砌块钢模具的施工工艺分类
(1)预拌阶梯护坡混凝土。在搅拌站集中搅拌后以商品形式供应施工单位的混凝土,因此也成为商品混凝土。
(2)泵送阶梯护坡混凝土。用混凝土泵输送和浇筑的混凝土。目前广泛应用于混凝土结构施工中,尤其是在高层建筑结构以及大体积混凝土结构施工中。
(3)喷射箱型砌块混凝土。用高压压缩空气通过浇注管进行喷射施工的混凝土。多用于基坑支护、隧道衬砌工程。

1. Classification by cementitious material
(1) Cement concrete. Portland cement, ordinary cement and fly ash cement are used as cementitious materials. This is the most widely used concrete in concrete engineering.
(2) Asphalt concrete. Natural or artificial asphalt is used as cementitious material. It is widely used in pavement.
(3) Gypsum concrete. Natural gypsum and industrial waste gypsum are used as cementitious materials. It is generally used for small blocks, plates and other internal partition products.
Construction technology classification of ladder slope protection mould and box block steel mould
(1) Ready mixed stepped slope protection concrete. After centralized mixing in the mixing plant, the concrete of the construction unit is supplied in the form of commodity, so it also becomes commercial concrete.
(2) Pumping concrete for step revetment. Concrete delivered and placed by concrete pump. At present, it is widely used in concrete structure construction, especially in high-rise building structure and mass concrete structure construction.
(3) Shotcrete box block concrete. High pressure compressed air is used to spray concrete through pouring pipe. It is mainly used for foundation pit support and tunnel lining engineering.
